My Mission
My mission is to help individuals rediscover who they truly are by tapping into their true essence and accessing their full potential. This allows them to unapologetically take their power back and lead a more authentic and fulfilled life.
I softly guide individuals through times of change and transition in their lives as during those key phases we can feel confused, overwhelmed, stuck and very isolated. So for these individuals consciously choosing to take that new and transformative path, I help facilitate not only releasing the old but welcoming the new - their new Self that wants to shine through!
Coaching Method
Psychosynthesis is a spiritual psychology that brings together both the psychology and science of the psyche AND our deeper spiritual essence, exploring the potential and purpose within each of us. Through various methods and techniques, it recognizes our inner most truth, the Self, supporting us to achieve greater presence, self-awareness, and authenticity.
My Story
I'm a mother, a wife, an unconventional soul, a world-explorer and life-loving individual always searching for inspiration in nature, in synchronicities and in others. My life has been lived in a "triangular fashion" with roots in Brazil, France and now for the past 18 years in beautiful Florida (USA). I built a successful carrier as a marketing professional in the corporate Tech world and have now embarked on a new journey as a psychospiritual guide.
I've been trained as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC) at the Psychospiritual Institute and I'm also a Certified Vedic Counselor taught by the Ayurvedic Doctor Suhas G. Kshirsagar BAMS, MD. When relevant, I use methods such as yoga, astrology, Vedanta and Ayurveda to guide my clients through their deepest and most meaningful healing journeys.

Now that you've delved into the Self-exploration journey, we'll tap into your inner personal strengths, gifts and awake your
unique "superpowers'".

Throughout those 12 weeks, you'll start understanding how to put those incredible aspects of yourself to work in your personal and professional lives, as new realizations, new paths and new possibilities start emerging.
Full Transformation
6-month Package
Once you've moved through your Self- exploration and Deep Awakening journeys, I'll guide you step-by-step through your goals and how you desire to achieve them.
What to expect:
During those 6 months, we'll work to help you break barriers, shatter limiting beliefs and surpass your deepest unconscious fears, while making sure your most authentic self and light shine through - revealing the "New You"!
